A new style of Chinese culinary culture is served in the heart of Japan's gastronomical center, Ginza.
Born and grew up in Shanghai, I started working in Chinese cuisines in Tokyo and later moved to major Asian cities such as Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as major European cities such as Amsterdam and Brussels to learn about the culinary culture.
I have befriended owner chefs of famous sushi restaurants and masters of Japanese cuisine in Tokyo. Coming from Shanghai, I hope to create the ideal "hospitality" in Ginza Higankaku.
Please enjoy a new style of Chinese cuisine focused on "beauty and health" in a restaurant that respects its customers, decorated with an appreciation of European culture.
To entertain important guests, we have available at all times, course menus (from 10,500-105,000Yen/person) which include "dried abalone" "bird's nest" "shark fin" exclusive to a limited restaurants around the world. We cater to any other dishes using rare ingredients upon request. To accompany your meals, we recommend wines such as Dom Perignon Rose and Opus One or our original Shaoxing wine (10-year, 20-year, 30-year).
Our common ingredient is Matsuzaka beef. Our clean kitchen (the only Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points or HACCP-certified kitchen in the Asian region) can flexibly respond to ingredients prohibited by religious requirements.
May I remind you that we are a non-smoking restaurant and there is a dress code (jackets required for gentlemen except for midsummer). Children under 15 are welcome only on weekend daytime. We appreciate your understanding.
We will serve you with our warmest respect and hospitality. We look forward to your reservation.
